Una banda capaz de deleitar durante 20 minutos con la apisonadora musical que es "Kitty's Back" mereció el aplauso de un público que entró dudoso al teatro y salió rendido a la evidencia: el Bruce Springsteen de 1975 era una bestia de escenario que en poco tiempo pasó del anonimato a la categoría de genio, la misma que en su momento tenían también Van Morrison y Bob Dylan (de quienes bebió, en cantidad). Con un show repleto de explosivo e infeccioso rock'n'roll ("Rosalita", "Born to Run", el desenfreno de "Quarter to Three") y música de profundas raíces negras ("Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out", "Spirit in the Night" o la ya citada "Kitty's back"). The term 'obi-strip' is derived from the name of the piece of wide fabric - the obi - that a geisha woman wears around her waist over the traditional Kimono dress. An amazing amount of information is packed onto this little wraparound piece of paper, often noting special tracks, concert dates, discography information and release anniversaries. And, as this information is intended to be read in the home market, it’s all printed in Japanese kanji and ~kana script! Incluye el álbum original totalmente remasterizado usando las más modernas tecnologías para ofrecer un sonido absolutamente espectacular. Además se incluyen en la caja DOS DVD con material inédito hasta ahora y absolutamente esencial: el concierto completo en el Hammersmith Odeon de Londres del 18 de noviembre de 1975, filmado con 4 cámaras y sonido profesional. Las 30 cintas originales fueron limpiadas y tratadas digitalmente durante un año hasta conseguir una calidad de imagen impecable para este documento histórico, en su momento filmado por cámaras de la BBC para la posteridad. El auténtico Springsteen explosivo de los años 70 en un momento crucial de su carrera. Más de dos horas que culminan en una apocalíptica versión del clásico "Quarter to Three". Por fin podremos contemplar imágenes de un concierto completo de Springsteen de sus primeros 25 años (los demás DVD editados son posteriores a esa fascinante primera parte de su carrera). Warren Zevon - The Wind (2003)

Impresionante obra póstuma, con Bruce cantando en dos temas y tocando la guitarra en "Disorder in the House" de manera espectacular. Dejando de lado el increible elenco de colaboradores, este disco es magistral, de lo mejor de Zevon, fallecido recientemente.

The final masterpiece from Zevon, who unfortunately passed away recently. Springsteen contributes to two tracks, particularly with his fabulous guitar playing in the song "Disorder in the House".

Pickin' on Springsteen Volume 2 - A Bluegrass Tribute (2003)
